I have over 20 years of work experience in various multi-national companies (Mercer HR Consulting, Hewitt Associates – both as a pensions actuary, ICI Pakistan Ltd – marketing, and now in DicoTech Qatar WLL – my family’s construction services business.

DicoTech Qatar, under my leadership since 2007, has grown to be one of Qatar’s top three service providers in the fields of concrete protection / rehabilitation, as well as fire protection. Currently, our growth is focused primarily towards Oil & Gas services as a main contractor.

Additionally, in partnership with overseas companies, we have also developed a strong presence in IT and HR services. Over the past few years, I have led the Company through a major transformation by introducing a formal strategic and operational planning process as well as the Balanced Score Card system to manage performance and to develop leaders within the firm.

Outside of the business, I am actively working on launching Mishaall Foundation – a mentorship exchange to connect deserving Pakistani mentees aged 16-28 with willing and able Pakistani-origin mentors, both from overseas and within Pakistan.
