Riaz is a seasoned Administrative Management Professional with 14 years of experience in the fields of Administration, Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance in the State of Qatar and over 4 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.He has a demonstrated history of working in Construction, Contracting, Telecommunication and Oil & Gas sectors.
He is well versed and update with local rules and regulations related to labor, employment, recruitment and other governmental and legal affairs. He is an organized and detail-oriented personnel with good analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge of the wheels of company administration, human resources and their working.
Riaz Hashim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Madras with specialization in Human Resource Management. He is a certified Integrated Management System (Internal Auditor). He is also a “Professional Member” of the “Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Alexandria, Virginia, USA since May 2012.
He is currently pursuing Executive Program from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India for advancement of his career and achievement of larger corporate goals.

Sohail is a Senior-level Financial Management Professional with over 20 years of multifaceted experience, including twelve years in Middle East and Africa.He has served in diversified portfolios including Manufacturing, Power, Contracting and IT business and possesses expertise in Banking, Funds management, Business planning, Audit, Budgeting, Costing, Payroll, Insurance, Tax planning, Information systems and Financial Administration.
He is responsible for spearheading finance and accounts teams in the company, and also for fostering, maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.
Sohail holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Pakistan and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has served multiple multinationals of which most notable are from Pakistan, UAE & Africa.
Kamran Khan

Kamran holds a MBA degree in materials management and supply chain management from ISBM, MGU India. He has also completed certificate courses in Managing Supplier Performance from Next Level Purchasing USA, The Art of Negotiation from University of California, Inspirational Leadership from HEC Paris, ISO 14001-2015 Internal Auditor and OHSAS 18001-2007 awareness and internal auditor.He is also a member of APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society). Before joining DicoTech Kamran was working for Buxly Sensaire Paints manufacturing and contracting company in Sharjah. He comes with over 20 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Presently Kamran is heading the procurement department with his skills and experience.
