Riaz is a seasoned Administrative Management Professional with 14 years of experience in the fields of Administration, Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance in the State of Qatar and over 4 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He has a demonstrated history of working in Construction, Contracting, Telecommunication and Oil & Gas sectors.
He is well versed and update with local rules and regulations related to labor, employment, recruitment and other governmental and legal affairs. He is an organized and detail-oriented personnel with good analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge of the wheels of company administration, human resources and their working.
Riaz Hashim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Madras with specialization in Human Resource Management. He is a certified Integrated Management System (Internal Auditor). He is also a “Professional Member” of the “Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Alexandria, Virginia, USA since May 2012.
He is currently pursuing Executive Program from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India for advancement of his career and achievement of larger corporate goals.
