Substructure Waterproofing:

  •    PVC Membranes

Compartmentalized loosely laid system for both horizontal and vertical applications. The PVC membrane and waterstops are fused by heat welding before concrete is cast, forming compartments.

In case of any leakage, it is confined to a compartment and stopped by injecting resin through easy accessible reinjectable hoses.

  •     Proofex Engage

Pre-applied HDPE waterproofing system comprising of a complex cell mesh bonded to a polyethylene membrane which allows poured concrete to interlock with the membrane forming a tenacious mechanical bond.

  •     Self-Adhesive Membranes (Grace Products)

Preprufe pre-applied membranes, composite sheets comprising of robust HDPE backing, pressure sensitive adhesive and a trafficable weather resisting coating which develop a continuous adhesive bond to concrete and Bithuthene post-applied membranes, flexible waterproofing membrane, combining a high performance cross laminated HDPE carrier film with a self-adhesive rubber bitumen compound.

  •     EPDM Membranes

Loosely laid or fully bonded system for both horizontal and vertical applications. The laps come together either using adhesive or dual bond tapes to form a continuous watertight membrane.

  •     Bituminous Membranes (Torch-Applied)

An economical option to substructure waterproofing, the bituminous membranes are torch applied on primed concrete surface. The membranes have excellent tensile & tear strengths and highly resistant to puncture. Flexible and suitable for applications where high structural movement is expected.
